Exterior, street view - siding up, metal roof on front porch, exterior trim details started.  Interior - hardwood flooring delivered and ready to go, walls sheetrocked, mudded and textured, fireplace delivered and TV cabinet roughed in, electrical and plumbing set.

Exterior, back view - metal roof over master bedroom and back porch, tankless hot water heater installed.

First Look at Our New Lot - June 2012

This is our first look at the lot that will become the Compass Rose cottage!  This view is from across the street and up the hill.  Lot 125 is on the right, next to the green house.  Eventually there will be 2 more cottages next to ours.
